Pokemon Legends: Arceus is set in olden times in the Pokemon world when it was rare to find harmony between people and Pokemon. Set in the Hisui region, modern-day Sinnoh, you will join the Galaxy Expedition Team (Galaxy Team for short) as a member of the Survey Corps stationed in Jubilife Village. You will be tasked to meet every Hisui Region Pokemon to complete the region’s first-ever Pokédex.

How to Complete the “Kirlia the Hairstyle Muse” Request (Request 75) in Pokemon Legends: Arceus

The Galaxy Team will task the player to do missions in the game. Various people will request help from the player. One of these requests is Request 75, titled ‘Kirlia the Hairstyle Muse.’ This guide will teach you how to complete the ‘Kirlia the Hairstyle Muse’ request.

Kirlia the Hairstyle Muse

To unlock this request, the player must first receive ‘The Slumbering Lord of the Tundra’ Mission, the

twelfth mission in the game where the player must quell a frenzied Noble Hisuian Avalugg. Additionally, the player must first complete the ‘Misdreavus the Hairstyle Muse’ Request (request 59) from Arezu outside the Hairdresser in the Jubilife Village.

After doing the requirements mentioned, you can now start this request! To do that, head to the hairdresser beside Anthe in the Clothier and Choy in the General Store just across the player’s quarters on the left side of the Galaxy Hall, and outside, you will find Arezu of the Diamond Clan. Talk to Arezu, and she will tell the player that she needs to help develop new hairstyles as she has hit another wall.

She thinks that Pokemon would be great for inspiration, and the Pokemon she is currently picturing is Kirlia. Arezu will then say that she does not remember what a Kirlia looks like, but she is sure that Kirlia has a distinct style and will surely get past this block once she studies one up close. So, Arezu will ask the player to show her a Kirlia once the player manages to catch one. Then, the ‘Kirlia the Hairstyle Muse’ request started just like that!

To complete this request, the player must catch a Kirlia and show it to Arezu in Jubilife Village. Now it is time to find a Kirlia!

Kirlia can be found in the Crimson Mirelands (in Shrouded Ruins near the top) and Alabaster Icelands (Heart’s Crag on the right side of the map). Kirlia can be found in these areas at all times of day and in every weather condition.

Suppose you decide to battle against it before catching it. In that case, it is important to note that Kirlia is a Fairy and Psychic-type Pokemon which means it has a weakness to Ghost-type, Poison-type, and Steel-type moves (super effective), a resistance to Psychic-type and especially Fighting-type moves (not very effective) and immunity to Dragon-type moves (no effect).

If you decide to distract it with food before catching it, it is worth mentioning that Kirlia’s preferred foods are Springy Mushroom, Dazzling Honey, Hearty Grains, and Plump Beans.

Alternatively, the player can also evolve a Ralts to obtain a Kirlia. Ralts will evolve into a Kirlia once it reaches Level 20.

After obtaining a Kirlia, head back to Arezu, still outside the hairdresser beside the General Store and Clothier, and talk to her. On the prompt, select the “About your request…” and show her the Kirlia you just caught. Arezu will then tell the player that Kirlia loves to dance, to which she will say that she gets it as she thinks it is the best feeling when your hair sways around you while you are dancing.

Then, Arezu will realize that this is the sort of hairstyle she wants to go for. She will then analyze how to do it and figure it out. Arezu will then thank the player for bringing the Kirlia as she now has ideas for some new hairstyles and new colors. Finally, she will tell the player to come by anytime to try the new hairstyles added to the hairdresser’s lineup, which the player can do right after talking to her and completing the request!

Now that you have completed the ‘Kirlia the Hairstyle Muse’ Request, you can now try to complete other requests, complete missions, or complete Arceus’ task for you, which is to catch ’em all!
